the following are some suggestions to improve use of electronic mail.  these are suggestions intended to help you write clear, concise messages, that say what you mean.

send mail in plain text format

don't send attachments

maintain message threads

know to whom you are replying

understand "to:", "cc:" and "bcc:" fields

use a good reply format
